I spent about six hours working on the background, before realizing that most of the (real live) people back there would be covered up. Then, I spent another three or four hours on the background, before remembering again.
Heck, it was worth it: check out the Facebook group to see the background all on its own!
4 Hour Comic Day makes people forget to update their real, actual comics, apparently, since I wrote this one in July and drew it two weeks ago.

So, I read back a few weeks in my comics just before uploading this, and I realized something: the last month or so has been kinda not funny at all. For cereal. It’s been really, really tame.
So, I’d best be working on that.
Next time, every word is just going to be the C word. It’s good enough for me!
